I love vegetables, fresh fruit, whole grains, tofu, Indian food . . . and lots and lots of dessert!

I was raised vegetarian in the midwest, then I married a very patient carnivore and we moved to the mountain west.  I’ve had to re-learn how to bake at an altitude of 5,000 ft. above sea level, and so my recipes will reflect what I’ve learned out here (as well as notes for what works at sea level).

This blog is really just meant for me, as a way to catalog my favorite recipes accessibly in one place.  However, if you’re here, then welcome!  I hope you find something you like!
